Important info about me...
Yes, I am a member of staff. Specifically, I am an Assistant Administrator and head of the Customer Service and Support/User Admin (CSS/UA) department. This means I do many of the things a UA does, though I am not a UA. Unfortunately, I can\'t draw art, push through new items, or fix programming problems. I know, I suck.
Please smail staff any important communications when dealing with questions or problems; comments are likely to get overlooked or lost, and we can\'t keep track of them as easily. Thanks.

Q: My GA hasn\'t activated! What do I do? A: Sometimes gold account benefits can take up to 24 hours to activate. If you have been waiting longer than 24 hours, please smail a UA.
Q: I made a purchase at the Cash Shop and haven\'t received my items! Can you help me? A: Please wait 24 hours to account for possible site lag before contacting a UA about it. If you used PayPal\'s eCheck or credit/debit services, wait at least 5 days.
Q: I encountered an error OR something isn\'t working correctly; what should I do? A: Please go to the Help page and then follow the link to the bug tracker. Check to make sure the error hasn\'t already been reported! If nobody has mentioned it there, please submit a bug report with as much information as you can give, including what you were doing when the error occurred and what browser and browser version you are using. If the glitch resulted in you gaining extra items or sP, contact a User Admin to have the extras deleted (failure to delete exta items gained as the result of a glitch can result in freezing!)
Q: Why am I having problems with Trades/Forums/HAs?
Some people using Internet Explorer can, depending on their settings, experience problems, especially in the time immediately following server work. We highly recommend the Firefox browser. You should have no problems if you are using Firefox. (This issue should be fixed in the recode.)
Q: Can I apply for a job in the UA Department?
We only hire User Admins from the pool of Minimods. The good news is that yes, you can send me an application to become a Minimod! We\'re not always hiring, but I will do my best to keep track of your application and keep it on hand for consideration. We do have certain requirements, so be sure to include your age, whether or not you work or volunteer with any petsites, what forum(s) you feel you\'re best for, any applicable experience in moderation or customer service/support, why you feel you would be the best choice for that forum, and anything else you feel is pertinent. NOTE: I am not currently accepting applications.
